What Happens During a Wellness Exam?

When you bring your pet in, our veterinarians will perform a thorough physical assessment in which they:
Ensure the muscles, spine, and joints are in good conditions
Listen to the heart and lungs
Examine his or her eyes, ears, and nose
Take your pet’s weight and temperature
Apply light pressure to the abdomen to assess the internal organs
Ensure the lymph nodes are not enlarged or swollen
Examine your pet’s mouth to determine his or her oral health
We Also Test for Parasites
