Dr. Leroy Scott brings a warmth and precision to veterinary medicine that his patients, and their owners, feel from the first appointment. As the new owner of Church Road Animal Hospital, he’s committed to honoring the practice’s 40-year legacy while bringing new energy, expanded services, and a deeply personal approach to care.
Before joining Church Road, Dr. Scott ran Scott Veterinary Services, a mobile practice serving clients across South Jersey with house call veterinary care. That experience gave him a rare perspective, the ability to see animals in their home environment, understand family dynamics, and build relationships that go well beyond the exam room.

Dr. Young Kim is the heart and history of Church Road Animal Hospital. For over 40 years, he has served the Cherry Hill community with unwavering dedication, building relationships with families and their pets that span generations.
Known for his calm, meticulous approach, Dr. Kim has diagnosed and treated thousands of animals across South Jersey. His depth of clinical experience — from routine wellness to complex internal medicine cases — is the foundation on which this practice was built.
As he transitions into a reduced schedule, Dr. Kim remains connected to the practice he founded, consulting on select cases and ensuring continuity of care for long-standing clients.
